Tout produit pris en excès est dangereux pour la santé. Les drogues sont dangereuses, même à petites doses. Leur effets et conséquences sont la preuve de leur haute capacité à dominer, embrigader l’esprit et le corps pour les rendre esclaves de substances toxiques.
Il est donc important de préserver la santé des populations, notamment des jeunes. C’est le prix à payer par la communauté nationale pour créer un environnement et des acteurs sains, équilibrés, épanouis acteurs pleins du développement de leur personne et de leur pays.
ROFI fait ce rêve qu’une petite main tendue peut tout changer. Pour un instant…et pour toute une vie nouvelle.
